Ruah, which means breath, wind and spirit, is a 28 day micro habit hacking journey to surround your life with the beauty and awesomeness of creation's greatest gift. The gift of life. Feel energised, build mental resilience and be able to regulate your emotions better through the practice of habit stacking. Each week, we will introduce breathing and meditation techniques and suggest ways to insert mindfulness in your daily routines. Designed together with psychotherapist Bernadette Chin from My Inner Child Clinic. This science-based approach will create a better version of yourself from the start of the course, and bring lasting change to your life.
